In the varied and fun role of Financial Assistant with us at MAFI, you will manage the ongoing accounting for MAFI’s European operations. Other examples of tasks are account reconciliations, supplier ledgers, customer ledgers, ongoing communication with internal departments and external actors and being helpful with monthly closings, budgeting and reporting. The duties of the role are challenging and require you to be flexible and solution-oriented. As a finance assistant, you report to the CFO.

Requirements
Economics education at high school or university level
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel

Merits
Previous experience as financial assistant
Previous experience with the business system Garp
Good understanding of the closing process

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has a few years of work experience from an finance function. You have experience in working with customer and supplier ledgers, bookkeeping and reconciliations and are used to using accounting software. You are a non-prestige person who is service-oriented, meticulous and solution-oriented. You value quality and can work independently, but also enjoy working in teams where everyone helps each other. To succeed in the role, we believe that you have a structured way of working, are business-like and positive, and have a good ability to prioritize different tasks. You also need to be able to communicate in both Swedish and English, as our corporate language is English.
